We do not ship internationally - US only. APO/FPO Military addresses not currently supported.

Gift Baskets - Shipping

Gift Baskets are available for shipment via UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air and Next-Day Air shipment service.

The shipping costs for these products also depend on their weight according to the UPS regulations.

All orders placed with 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air shipping by 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery is not available. Air options deliver Monday thru Friday only.

All products marked with FREE SHIPPING are free of shipping charges but can only be shipped via Ground UPS.

If you’re not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you. Then you can remove it.

Gift Baskets - Returns

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be no exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy EasyShop Online will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and/or refunds will be at the sole discretion of EasyShop Online and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a gift you may certainly return it.

* If the gift is simply not wanted, or you are not satisfied, you may ship it back to us at your own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and un-tampered with.

*If the gift is damaged or we have made an error: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient we will issue a partial refund. However, all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be charged as well as 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to EasyShop Online and any address correction fees.

All other products – Shipping

Please note that shipping for all other products (gift baskets not included) is available via UPS Ground and 2-Day Air. Please, do not select any other available shipping option (such as Next Day Air or 3 Day Select) because we won’t be able to send it.

All products orders (gift baskets not included) have the unique shipping fee:

* UPS Ground - $ 9.52

* UPS 2-Day Air - $ 25.41

UPS Ground shipping takes 7 – 10 business days (from the day you place your order)

UPS 2-Day Air shipping takes 2 – 4 business days (from the day you place your order)

Insurance is included in the cost of the shipping rates.

All other products – Returns

Return Policy for broken or defective items

If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange. 

[A quick note about only slightly damaged items: A chipped ceramic or porcelain item can be made to look like new by cementing the piece back. We have determined that 80% of damaged returns can be restored and sold as new or as slight seconds with minor work! Offering a slightly defective product at a reduced price brings you a satisfied customer who got a bargain and saves you and us alot of time and money.]

Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.

If the recepient refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. We verify the correct address by checking it on the US Postal Service address verification webpage.
